Essential Functions:
  • Create and edit high-performing short-form video content for social media (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
  • Develop and produce commercial and advertising videos that bring creative concepts to life
  • Shoot on-site photography and video as needed
  • Edit and compile end-of-year recap videos and event highlight reels
  • Conceptualize, script, and execute video ideas from start to finish
  • Stay current with social media trends, platform algorithms, and video best practices
  • Leverage AI video tools and generative technology to speed up production and enhance creativity
  • Assist with website updates and digital content management
  • Support webinars, online events, and other video production needs
  • Maintain organized project files and digital asset library

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • 5-7 years of video editing experience
  • Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop required
  • Strong understanding of AI video tools and emerging technology (highly preferred)
  • Experience with CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve is a plus
  • After Effects is a major plus
  • Familiarity with WordPress, Google Analytics, and basic HTML/CSS is helpful
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines


Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Light to moderate lifting may be required.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Pay Range: $75,000-$85,000 depending on experience
  • Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, 401(k) match, paid time off, and more
